About
I've spent thirty years in technology services. I led engineering and field deployment at one of the first fiber-network companies, built and sold an offshore development center in Bangalore, led enterprise accounts at HCL and Infosys, and spent eleven years building CenturyLink and Lumen's managed-services business into a $200M+ annual recurring revenue business with full P&L. Since 2024 I've built AI myself: generative AI tools inside Lumen, and now NovaSystems, my own AI systems business. I studied electrical and biomedical engineering at Duke, including early AI coursework, and hold an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler.
How I work
Code computes, AI explains.
Every number comes from deterministic code. The model ranks, explains and drafts; it never invents a figure.
Build for the next model.
Models improve every month, so every system can swap models behind an evaluation before release.
Every rule has a reason.
Each control traces to a real failure, and none is weakened quietly.
